C.T. Point S.p.A. treats all personal data of its customers, users of the services offered on the site, in full compliance with the provisions of current legislation on “privacy” (Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196 ART. 13 Code regarding data protection personal and its amendments and additions whose content is fully referred to here as well as the legislation related to it) which provides for the protection of people and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. The accuracy and truthfulness of all personal data sent to C.T. Point S.p.A. are intended to be communicated under the responsibility of the person who made the transmission. The interested party may at any time exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 and, in particular, will have the right to request, at any time, access, cancellation, modification or updating of their personal data, in the manner prescribed by law, as well as may oppose for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him. To this end, the interested party may send their comments to the data controller.
